PREGNANCY / POST NATAL
Build the foundations to experience a curious, mindful pregnancy, whilst improving sleep, reducing stress & anxiety levels and help to balance (and enjoy) the changes happening in your body.
Learn how you can stay calm, confident and in control of your choices. Whether you plan to birth at home or in hospital, hypo-birthing can help you have a positive birth experience.

Baby Massage Courses
For almost two years, we've been happy and blessed to have had Jacqueline Harthill from The Happy Parents Club on board. She's a clinical hypno-psychotherapist with a wealth of experience to lead you through an established course, benefiting both you and your baby in so many ways.
Childrens Yoga Classes
Every Tuesday 4.15pm - 5pm.
At the upstairs Club Room of The Langton Wellness Hub.
