Practice with us online!
Join Eva, founder of The Langton Wellness Hub, for a growing number of pre-recorded online classes and session. Whereas there's no replacement for the eye of your teacher in an in-person class, starting a home practice is a powerful way to go deeper. And these online sessions are a wonderful way to get you started.

Whether you just love being active and moving your body, or you just feel a bit stuck lately, for whatever reason that is - our online sessions will help you feel better in your whole body and mind.
You have access to a mix of shorter bite-sized session, post-exercise-style stretches (perfect for the end of a busy day), mobility flows, and strength-focused sequences. As well as longer, up to 1hr long classes.
Powerful yoga-based sessions perfect for anyone who wants to move more freely, care for their joints, and regain confidence in their body - one gentle session at a time.
