Touch is a powerful tool to support your baby to develop its sense of physicality and being in this world. A wonderful way to continue and deepen a strong connection between you both.

PREGNANCY YOGA

Pregnancy is a wonderful journey and Yoga offers a unique opportunity to connect with your body and baby. Designed to empower mothers-to-be to feel nourished in mind and body and empowered for birth.

MUM & BABY YOGA

Relaxed Mum & Baby Yoga sessions with Bree, focus on postnatal exercise to stretch and strengthen all those creaky bones and muscles that can occur when looking after small humans.

HYPNOBIRTHING

Taster Monday 10 January!

Learn how you can stay calm, confident and in control of your choices. Whether you plan to birth at home or in hospital, hypo-birthing can help you have a positive birth experience.
